Breakfast at PambicheLooking for a different weekend breakfast experience? Check out Pambiche’s Cuban Breakfast Saturday & Sunday 8 am – 2 pm. Eggs and rice are a typical Cuban staple and at Pambiche we do it up in a variety of ways to satisfy any palate, from Palomilla steak and eggs to Havana ham and eggs to our beef hash and eggs and even soy hash and eggs for a traditional vegetarian option.

Most plates come with fufú, a yellow plantain mash that is a delicious and healthy alternative to hash browns. Your breakfast includes a basket of fresh Cuban breakfast pastries from our bakery and our beverage selection is unsurpassed from our Cuban coffee drinks and cocktails, to our fresh made fruit juices and shakes.

Cuban Breakfast Entrees

At Pambiche we use farm fresh hormone free eggs from cage free birds. In addition, all of our egg dishes are cooked in organic extra-virgin olive oil. Our meats are naturally and humanely raised on local, sustainable farms, fed a 100% vegetarian diet that is hormone, preservative and antibiotic free. ¡Buen Provecho!

Torrejas con Frutas (Cuban French Toast)

Cuban Toast! Cuban bread slices drenched in a creamy egg custard and grilled in sweet butter. Served with spiced sugar cane syrup and tropical fruit salad. Vegetarian

Casamiento (Rice & Eggs)

2 eggs prepared to your liking and served over a bed of Moros & Cristianos accompanied with yellow plantain mash.   Sub Moros & Cristianos for black beans and white rice.   $7.00   Gluten-Free Vegetarian

Huevos a la Cubana (Cuban Style Eggs)

2 eggs any style accompanied with your choice of croquetas (ham, codfish and organic potato, chicken or plátano relleno) served with yellow plantain mash and Moros & Cristianos.
Sub Moros & Cristianos for black beans and white rice and sub croquetas for your choice of frituras (corn, taro, yam, chard or black-eyed pea).  $8.00  Vegetarian Gluten-Free

Huevos Habaneros (Havana Ham & Eggs)

2 eggs simmered in a creole red sauce and served over 2 seared bone-in Hill ham steaks; served with white rice, black beans and ripe plantains.    $9.50  Gluten-Free

Picadillo Cua-Cua (Cuban Hash & Eggs)

Abuelita Ninfa’s Cuban beef hash, made with Cascade Natural beef and seasoned with Mediterranean herbs and vegetables sautéed in a Spanish olive oil and sherry wine sofrito; served with two eggs any style, fresh avocado, white rice and ripe plantains.  $9.50  Gluten-Free

Picadillo Comunista (Socialist Soy Hash)

Due to meat shortages and food rationing, soy hash (picadillo de soya) has become a typical part of the contemporary Cuban diet. This is Tía Miriam’s recipe made with Bob’s Red Mill High Protein T.V.P., Mediterranean herbs and vegetables sautéed in a Spanish olive oil and sherry wine sofrito; served with fresh avocado, white rice and ripe plantains.  $8.50  Vegan Gluten-Free

Bistec de Palomilla (Cuban Steak & Eggs)

A traditional family favorite! Thin cut Cascade Natural top sirloin steaks, tenderized and marinated in creole herbs and spices then pan fried with red onions. Served with eggs any style, yellow plantain mash and Moros & Cristianos.  $10.50  Gluten-Free

Revoltillo de Chorizo (Cuban Sausage Scramble)

A favorite Cuban scramble prepared with Hill bacon sofrito, organic russet potatoes and Zenner’s chorizo sausage. Served with pan frito.     $9.00

Revoltillo de Chayote (Chayote Scramble)

A contemporary Cuban staple and a specialty of Mamá Lolita. Fresh blanched chayote and caramelized onions in a cheese and peppered egg scramble. Served with pan frito.    $8.50  Vegetarian

Tortilla Española (Spanish Sweet Potato Omelette)

The classic Spanish omelette made with yellow onions and Cuban sweet potatoes sautéed in organic extra-virgin olive oil. Served with frijoles negros.    $8.50 Vegetarian Gluten-Free

The classic Cuban omelette made with yellow onions and ripe plantains sautéed in extra-virgin olive oil. Served with frijoles negros.   $8.50  Vegetarian Gluten-Free

Tortilla a la Romana (Roman Omelette)

A favorite Cuban omelette prepared with Hill bacon sofrito, Gulf shrimp and organic russet potatoes then dressed with a Creole red sauce and fresh avocado.  $9.50  Gluten-Free
