Named after a small coastal town in Cuba’s Oriente province this timeless cocktail is the original Cuban classic made famous at the Floridita Bar in La Habana Vieja, which is known as “the cradle of the Daiquirí”. Bacardi Heritage Carta Blanca Rum, fresh squeezed lime juice and cane sugar are shaken over ice and served up. Also available served frappé. This was a favorite cocktail of John F. Kennedy, Ernest Hemingway and David Embury.
