Our empanada dough is made in the Cuban tradition with stone-ground wheat flour and natural leaf lard, that we render in house. Empanadas are available ala carte or as a small plate accompanied with green plantains and your choice of beet salad or cabbage salad. Please allow 15 minutes.

Picadillo – Cuban beef hash with bacon, olive oil and sherry sofrito, olives, capers, raisins and fresh oregano.
Maíz con Pollo – Roasted corn and pulled chicken stewed in a garlicky salsa roja.
Espinaca con Queso – Sautéed onion, spinach and 3 cheese pie.
Papa con Queso – Potato & cheese pie with fresh herbs and buttered onions.
